  The staff is always friendly from the moment you walk through the door. They're also helpful and knowledgeable. Clean store, pets welcome, really good selection. Prices are competitive.

  I'm shocked there are negative reviews for this store, but seeing as there is little writ ups from them, I take with a grain of salt. I absolutely adore this store. It is spotless and I've yet to not be able to get what I need, and I feed an older dog, a puppy, and 3 cats that have varying diets. Their prices are competitive and their staff is friendly and VERY knowledgeable. The owner works there often as well as her second store and it's nice to see local ownership rather than someone who lives a distance. I am purely a customer and have gotten to know them over the past couple of years. They treat my pets and me with respect. I had an issue where my dog wouldn't eat a new brand I bought him and they took it back for exchange with ZERO hassle. Fantastic place to shop.

  Supplies, food, treats and toys. And a handsome black cat who is perfectly friendly. I come here monthly to restock. Friendly and helpful staff. Please engage them, they know the products they sell and have customers feed back.

  Worst Pet Valu I've been to! There prices are out of this world. I went to the Pet Valu in Sherwood Park because this store was out of the food I use for over 1.5 weeks! In Sherwood Park it was over $12CHEAPER and not just on that one item. All of the items i reguarly buy in BOTH of the Sherwood park stores are cheaper. This is the only pet store in fort and the prices reflects that they have no compitition. The only reason I have left 2 stars is the staff is friendly. Please go to the Sherwood park stores staff are just as nice and prices are fair.
